Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel an order. If the product has been dispatched it can be returned to us (see Returns).

Exchange and Refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected. If an exchange or refund is required please return the item in its original packing, stating the reason for return and the action you would like us to take. Please return the item in the condition in which it was Dispatched for a refund.
Returns
Corporate Business Supplies Ltd. will guarantee to refund or exchange goods if they are thought to be faulty. We reserve the right to inspect all items returned.
